Partner company ID card
Contractors
How do I apply for a partner company ID card?
The partner company's authorized representative must submit an application within seven days for any partner company employees who regularly work at Industriepark Höchst:
Application for a paid ID card for partner company employees
The completed application must be checked and signed by the authorized representative of the partner company, the organizational unit placing the order and Partner Company Management. A copy of the valid work permit must be provided to Partner Company Management if appropriate. The application, together with a passport photo, must then be submitted to Partner Company Management, which will issue the ID card.
What do I need for the application?
- Application for a partner company ID card
- Color photo e-mailed in JPG file format (can also be taken on site)
- A valid residence permit or work permit, if applicable
- Safety film and test
- A valid government-issued photo ID (personal ID card or passport, Non-EU citizens need a passport – a driver’s license or a residence permit issued “in lieu of a passport” is not a valid form of ID)
- Applications with vehicles: vehicle registration
How do I renew a partner company ID card?
Only employees of park tenants and park-based partner companies can request a renewal. Please ask your point of contact for details.
For IPH employees (login required): Renew partner company ID card
Note: In order to reduce wait times for partner company registration, paper applications for renewing a permanent ID card and/or vehicle access tag will no longer be accepted beginning on May 10, 2020. This rule does not apply to permanent ID cards/vehicle access tags issued for a period of 2 – 4 weeks. They will continue to be processed in person.
What else should be considered?
- Please fill out the applications completely and legibly.
- We cannot accept incomplete and/or illegible applications.
- A fee is charged for partner company ID cards and vehicle access tags. For more information, please contact Partner Company Registration.
- An application for vehicle access tags must be submitted if work performed at Industriepark Höchst requires the use of a motor vehicle. The partner company representative must submit this to the client and Partner Company Management for review.
Why do I need the partner company tool record sheet and material list?
The tool record sheet serves as authorization that you can remove your company’s equipment and tools from the park.
You use the material list for the one-time removal of your own materials from the park.
Please fill out the record sheet carefully and have it reviewed and countersigned by one of our staff members at the South Gate.
Only signed record sheets and material lists are valid. Please keep them in a safe place while working at Industriepark Höchst since you will be expected to show them at the South Gate during inspections.
What information is required for the data entry form for tools from partner companies?
The tool record sheet for partner companies has to contain the following entries:
- Your company’s name
- Building (job site)
- Customer
- Working until (maximum duration 1 year)
- List of tools carried, including equipment numbers if applicable. It is not necessary to list every single screwdriver etc. individually. All you have to do is to record all high-value equipment (machines, etc.) with its exact name (e.g. HILTI TE 5) and serial number and roughly summarize the rest of the tools (e.g. various painter’s tools, toolboxes with power tools)
Please record consumables on a material list created each day at the gate
What data do we need from new partner companies (and their employees) who have never been to Industriepark Höchst?
- Company address
- Billing address (if different)
- Bank account
- VAT registration number
- Order number
If you don’t want to complete the form, you can send us a copy of your company’s letterhead instead as long as it contains all this information.
