Multi-purpose laboratory building G837 is packed with laboratories starting at 700 m² that Infraserv will fully finish and furnish.
It is specifically designed for companies who prefer investing capital in improving their core business instead of building laboratories.
However, companies with in-house laboratories can count on extensive assistance as well. For example, Infraserv Höchst invested EUR 780,000 in expanding a one-floor research facility from 530 m² to 770 m² for a manufacturer of innovative oncological preparations. Another EUR 1.2 million went towards the design and installation of clean rooms as a house-in-house solution.
A global leader in specialty chemicals built a new global research and development center at Industriepark Höchst at a cost of EUR 100 million. This central research hub coordinates the customer's worldwide network of R&D centers across Europe, North America, Brazil, Japan, India and China. The new facility covers 36,000 square meters and accommodates around 500 employees. Infraserv Höchst handled designing, permitting and construction. The result: the innovation center was open for business less than two years after the project began.
