Employees of companies at Industriepark Höchst must go through a one-time registration process to gain access to the extranet with its park news, current messages, contact details and other services.
You only need to enter your business e-mail address to register. We will follow our data privacy policy whenever using the data provided in your profile.
Infraserv Höchst's customers can also register.
You can also access the extranet from a tablet, smartphone or other devices if you provide a business e-mail address and a password.
New ID and Access Management System at the Industriepark Höchst
Faster, easier, more digital
Starting in October, the ID and access management system at the Industriepark Höchst will be gradually transitioned to a new, modern system. As a result, many processes related to IDs and access permissions will become simpler, faster, and more digital in the future.

Step 1: The self-service portal launches
Starting October 21, 2026, the new self-service portal for pre-registration will be available. In preparation for the final system transition, we ask that you register now so that you can take full advantage of all features later on. The guest pre-registration feature will be activated shortly. Once it is available, you will be able to schedule appointments for your guests starting November 5, 2026.
Full System Rollout: The full rollout of the new system will take place throughout the day on November 4, 2026.
Restrictions during the transition period:
Starting October 21, 2026, the safety briefing will no longer be available on the website. It will remain available for the current system at the briefing terminals located at the gates and reception areas.
For the new system, you can already complete the safety briefing via the Self-Service Portal. This will then take effect as of November 4, 2026.
Pre-registration for visitors, VIPs, or groups. Access via the visitor reception areas will still be possible.
Application and renewal of partner company permanent passes
These processes will be available again via the new Self-Service Portal, with adjustments made following the complete system migration.
On November 3 and 4, 2026, no permanent passes can be issued for site companies, site partner companies, and partner companies due to the system migration. Temporary day passes will be issued during this transition period. Starting November 5, 2026, the issuance of permanent passes will resume.
Some companies have already been enabled for single sign-on, such as Infraserv GmbH & Co. KG. Please try this first.
If registration via single sign-on does not work, please follow the instructions.

With the system changeover effective November 4, 2026, every visitor wishing to enter the Höchst Industrial Park must be registered in the self-service portal, regardless of whether they are entering the Industrial Park for a meeting or to receive a service.
