Albemarle Lithium (Rockwood Lithium)

Five million Euro investment

Albemarle, formerly Rockwood Lithium GmbH, joined the Industriepark Höchst community in October 2013. As the world's leading manufacturer of lithium compounds and other special metal compounds, it has benefited heavily from skyrocketing demand for lithium-ion batteries.

Clariant

Clariant Innovation Center

Clariant has combined its application laboratories, technical marketing functions and chemical research and development at a new global research hub. Infraserv Höchst provided Clariant with building equipment and laboratory design services for the Clariant Innovation Center.
Sirtex Germany

15 months from making contact to moving in

An innovative nanomedical product has been manufactured at Industriepark Höchst since the start of 2014: SIR-Spheres, a minimally invasive cancer treatment developed and provided by Sirtex Medical Ltd. The SIR-Spheres procedure infuses millions of radiactive microspheres into the liver where they selectively target liver tumors with a high dose of internal radiation while sparing healthy tissue.
Celanese

Celanese plastics production facility

Celanese, a world-leading manufacturer of plastics, decided in mid-2011 to relocate a polyoxymethylene (POM) production plant to Industriepark Höchst in connection with the Frankfurt Airport expansion. Industriepark Höchst offered the best location nationwide for the POM facility, and Infraserv Höchst had developed a cost-effective, well-engineered infrastructure development solution. The world’s largest polyoxymethylene (POM) plant was rebuilt at Industriepark Höchst.

The German-language website www.ihr-nachbar.de provides the industrial park’s neighbors with a wide range of useful information about the park. Local residents can call the community hotline (+49 69 305-4000) to voice any concerns they may have.

Park tenants, for their part, do their part to be good neighbors by supporting local clubs and initiatives. Industriepark Höchst's operator, Infraserv Höchst, sponsors the Höchst Castle Festival and co-founded "Initiative Pro Höchst" for the Frankfurt district. In addition, the park’s extensive training and continuing education program is open to its neighbors in addition to industry professionals.
