The Industriepark Höchst is a historically evolved industrial site with more than 140 years of tradition. Located in the center of the Rhine-Main region, it provides easy access to all the main modes of transportation.
Covering 460 hectares in total, the Park is home to 90 large and small companies who invested about 4.3 billion euros in the Industriepark Höchst since 2000. Of the 22,000 employees in the Park, 4,000 are in research and development.
Investment made in the Industrial Park since 2000:
The
relocation of the new Ticona production plant and the erection of the waste-to-energy plant boosted
investment signifi cantly
in 2008 and 2009. Since 2000, tenants have invested over EUR
4.3 billion in total in Industriepark Höchst.

Hoechst AG never spent more than 250 million euros in its Höchst location, even during peak years.
