2008-12-12  : EUR 602 million in 2008 – Impressive investment record in Industriepark Höchst

Industriepark Höchst just broke another investment record. Its approx. 90 tenants invested over EUR 602 million in Industriepark Höchst in 2008. That puts the total investment for 2007 and 2008 at more than EUR one billion. Total investment since 2000 tops EUR 3.7 billion. These impressive figures were announced at a recent press conference given by Jürgen Vormann and Roland Mohr, the CEO and COO of Infraserv Höchst, the park's operator. 2008-09-03  : Cutting-edge Logistics Center boosts efficiency and competitiveness

Alois Rhiel, the Economics Minister of the State of Hesse, formally opened the New Logistics Center (NLC) for business in Industriepark Höchst on Wednesday, September 3. Together with Jürgen Vormann, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Infraserv Höchst, the park's operator, and Alois Strott, Managing Director of Infraserv Logistics, Minister Rhiel symbolically put the EUR-44-million facility into operation. Around 250 guests watched as the first pallets were put into storage. The NLC at Industriepark Höchst is the largest logistics facility for chemical products in Hesse with approximately 70,000 pallet positions.

2008-08-01  : Regional Council approves new natural-gas line

The Darmstadt Regional Council has given the green light for an eight-kilometer natural-gas line from Mörfelden-Walldorf to Kelsterbach planned by Infraserv Höchst and Gas-Union. The new natural-gas line will branch off from a pan-regional distribution network in Mönchbruch near Mörfelden-Walldorf and then run to the Ticona facility in Kelsterbach, where it will connect to an existing pipeline that serves Industriepark Höchst.
